Seth Davis is an award-winning sports writer and broadcaster who covers college basketball. Since 2004, Davis has been a mainstay of CBS Sports’ studio coverage of college basketball and the NCAA Tournament. He wrote for Sports Illustrated for 22 years and is currently the Managing Editor for college basketball at The Athletic. As you know, registration for SportsBIZ XChange is now open and closes July 6. The appointment portal will be open from July 10-22. If you have already registered, thank you!   The virtual event will take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 1:30pm and 4:30pm ET from August 3 – 21. One-on-one appointments will take place on Mondays and Fridays Group meetings (similar to RFP round tables) will take place on Wednesdays Actual appointment times will be from 2-4pm ET with introductory speakers, business development lounges, and entertainment happening before and after Registration is available at www.sportsbizxchange.org. Sports ETA to move its Annual Symposium to 2021 CINCINNATI (June 4, 2020) – Sports ETA, the trade association for the sport events and tourism industry, announced today that it will postpone its 2020 in-person Annual Symposium to April 26-29, 2021 in Birmingham, Alabama. The largest annual gathering of sports events and tourism professionals was originally scheduled to be hosted in Kansas City for August 2-5, 2020. Kansas City will host a future Annual Symposium to be announced at a later date.
