CINCINNATI (June 17, 2020) – Registration is now open for SportsBIZ XChange presented by Sports ETA, a month-long schedule of virtual business appointments and industry networking opportunities for its members and sports events rights holders from August 3-21.
 
Virtual attendees will have multiple one-on-one 20-minute appointments with key decision-makers as well as several 30-minute event overview appointments with sports events rights holders, access to dozens of new and updated RFPs, and numerous social networking opportunities in the Virtual Lounges. Additionally, a virtual Locker Room will be open to all attendees to view documents (RFPs, fact sheets, and videos) from each rights holder.
 
The August schedule is as follows (all times are ET):

Mondays, August 3, 10, 17

• 1:30-5 p.m., Virtual Lounges are open
• 2-4 p.m., One-on-one appointments
• 4-4:30 p.m., Industry Updates

Wednesdays, August 5, 12, 19

• 1:30-5 p.m., Virtual Lounges are open
• 2-4 p.m., Rights Holders Group Presentations
• 4-4:30 p.m., Entertainment

Fridays, August 7, 14, 21

• 1:30-5 p.m., Virtual Lounges are open
• 2-4 p.m., One-on-one appointments
• 4-4:30 p.m., Social Networking Opportunities

The cost per schedule is $395 per destination organization with additional schedules available for $195. Industry partner registration is $595 per organization and includes the opportunity to make a presentation and participate in one-on-one and group appointments with full access to the virtual Locker Room. Sports ETA has contracted with Conference Scheduling Solutions (CSS) to provide the virtual platform experience.
