Virtual networking event will connect America’s sports events and tourism industry

CINCINNATI (July 2, 2020) – SportsBIZ XChange presented by Sports ETA, a month-long schedule of virtual business appointments and industry networking opportunities to connect its members to sports events rights holders, announced today that CBS Sportscaster Seth Davis will serve as the keynote speaker on August 3, 4-5 p.m. Myrtle Beach is the sponsored host of Davis’ keynote session.

Seth Davis is an award-winning sports writer and broadcaster who covers college basketball. Since 2004, Davis has been a mainstay of CBS Sports’ studio coverage of college basketball and the NCAA Tournament. He wrote for Sports Illustrated for 22 years and is currently the Managing Editor for college basketball at The Athletic.

SportsBIZ XChange presented by Sports ETA will be held from August 3-21 and registration is open through July 6 at www.sportsbizxchange.org. Destinations will have the opportunity to virtually meet with numerous rights holders including NCAA, AAU, and a number of USA governing bodies ranging from USA BMX to USA Wrestling.

Virtual attendees will have multiple one-on-one 20-minute appointments with key decision-makers as well as several 30-minute event overview appointments with sports events rights holders, access to dozens of new and updated RFPs, and numerous social networking opportunities in the Virtual Lounges. Additionally, a virtual Locker Room will be open to all attendees to view documents (RFPs, fact sheets, and videos) from each rights holder.

The cost per schedule is $395 per destination organization with additional schedules available for $195. Industry partner registration is $595 per organization and includes the opportunity to make a presentation and participate in one-on-one and group appointments with full access to the virtual Locker Room.
