The Board of Directors consists of the Officers, the Immediate Past Chair, eleven (11) individuals representing Destination Members, two (2) individuals representing Industry Partner Members, and three (3) individuals representing the Rights Holder Members in good standing with the Association.
At each Annual General Membership Meeting, sufficient individuals who are representatives of each membership category are to fill open Destination, Industry Partner, and Rights Holder Board positions that will become vacant at the turn of the fiscal year. Board Members shall be elected to the Board of Directors during the Assocaitions Annual Meeting by a simple majority of the votes cast by the Destination, Industry Partner, and Rights Holder members present and eligible to vote.

2026-2027 Officers
The Officers are Chair, Vice Chair / Chair-Elect, and Secretary / Treasurer. The Officers, together with the Immediate Past Chair, constitute the Executive Committee. Officers serve a one year-term in each seat.
