As you know, registration for SportsBIZ XChange is now open and closes July 6. The appointment portal will be open from July 10-22. If you have already registered, thank you!
 
The virtual event will take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 1:30pm and 4:30pm ET from August 3 – 21.

• One-on-one appointments will take place on Mondays and Fridays
• Group meetings (similar to RFP round tables) will take place on Wednesdays
• Actual appointment times will be from 2-4pm ET with introductory speakers, business development lounges, and entertainment happening before and after

FAQs for SportsBIZ XChange

Q: Will my 2020 Symposium registration be automatically transferred to 2021?
A: To transfer your 2020 Symposium registration to the 2021 Symposium in Birmingham, please email info@SportsETA.org.

Once your registration has been transferred, you can choose to use a credit from your 2020 Symposium registration to pay for your SportsBIZ XChange registration. You will then be invoiced in 2021 for the balance due on your 2021 Symposium registration.

Please note, we are unable to transfer your 2020 Symposium registration towards your organization's membership dues or another Sports ETA event.

Q: Can another person from my organization attend an appointment in my place if I am unavailable?
A: Yes! If you are the registered attendee and become unable to attend a scheduled appointment, another person from your organization may take your place in that appointment.
 
Q: Can I invite my destination partners to participate in Wednesday group presentations?
A: No. Because these presentations are first-come, first-served with a maximum capacity of 50 people, we ask that only registered participants attend.
 
Q: Can I invite my destination partners to participate in my one-on-one appointments with Event Owners?
A: Yes! If you would like your sports venue manager, headquarter hotel representative, local transportation company, etc., to join your one-on-one appointment, simply share the specific appointment link with them. Please note, the maximum capacity for one-on-one appointments is 6 people, including Event Owner representative(s).
 
Q: Can I view/access RFPs and other documents for Event Owners if we don’t have an appointment with them?
A: Yes! You are able to access all profiles and documents for all Event Owners registered for SportsBIZ XChange.
