The Hotel Reservations Portal for the Symposium is NOW OPEN!

If you've attended the Symposium before, you'll notice this year’s registration process looks a little different.

You must book your hotel room before completing your Symposium registration. Without a hotel confirmation number, a $1,000 surcharge will be added to your registration.

Here’s the deal:

Our official Symposium host hotel is Harrah’s Las Vegas. That means everyone — including rights holders — will be staying there. More chances to connect outside scheduled events: in the lobby, at the bar, even in the elevator. If you’re looking to build relationships, this is where you want to be.

Here’s why it matters:

Sports ETA has committed to a hotel block at Harrah’s. Filling it protects your membership dollars — no penalties, no wasted resources. Booking your room ensures more of our budget goes where it belongs: supporting you.

Important details:

You must book your room at Harrah’s before registering for the Symposium.
Your hotel confirmation number (Pipe-ID) is required to complete registration.
Without a valid confirmation number, a $1,000 surcharge will be added to your registration.
Booking multiple rooms? No problem — each reservation comes with its own confirmation number.
The last day to book a room in our hotel block is March 26, 2026!
