Proposed Amendment to Sports ETA Bylaws

According to our association's bylaws, specifically outlined in Article XV, amendments to the Bylaws of the Association are eligible for discussion solely during an Annual Meeting or during any regular or special meeting convened by the Board of Directors. A proposed bylaw change and motion have been submitted in accordance with our bylaw rules by Mike Price, Chief Sales and Operations Officer of Destination Ann Arbor/Ann Arbor Sports Commission. A second to the motion has been submitted by Don Dukemineer, Director of Sports Development at Decatur Morgan County Tourism. The proposed amendment is explained in the document below. Looking to earn credits toward your STS designation? Maybe you need credits to maintain your STS. Or maybe you have never taken an STS course before and are ready to start. Either way, we have a live STS course offering taking place during TEAMS ’23.
