This meeting provided Mike Price, Chief Sales and Operations Officer of Destination Ann Arbor/Ann Arbor Sports Commission and Don Dukemineer, Director of Sports Development at Decatur Morgan County Tourism an opportunity to present and explin their proposed bylaw change and allowed for an in-depth conversation and Q&A with the membership.

The vote on the proposed amendment will take place during a special meeting called by the Board of Directors, which is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM ET. More details to come.

It is important to note that any proposed amendments to the Bylaws shall require an affirmative vote by two-thirds (2/3rds) of the Members present and eligible to vote during the special meeting. The eligible voter for your organization is the individual listed as the primary contact on your membership account.
