Founded in Los Angeles in 1997, Game On Nation is known for developing and delivering a unique, interactive game-based leadership training curriculum, powered by the science of Game Dynamics. With more than 24 years of high-level impact, Game On’s expert facilitator team and proprietary approach have helped the agency become one of the country’s foremost voices on leadership, team-building, communication, and positive culture change.

Through a 10-year partnership with IMG Academy beginning in 2002, Founder Steve Shenbaum and CEO Blair Bloomston created and delivered all communication, leadership, and character development programing for thousands of athletes, teams, executives and corporations. After launching nationally in 2012, Game On maintains its headquarters in Bradenton with a network of expert consultants across the country continuing to work with some of the world’s most recognizable athletes, colleges, and professional sports teams, as well as Fortune 500 companies, the United States government, and all branches of the U.S. Military.

Some of Game On’s recent clients include the U.S. House of Representatives, Joint Special Operations Command, The Pentagon, NASCAR, USO, Deloitte, EY, Hilton, Pittsburgh Pirates, NY Yankees, University of Kentucky Basketball, Texas A&M Football, Wounded Warrior Project and the 2019 World Cup Champion US Women’s National Soccer Team. Game On has also delivered pre-draft communication and media skills training for TEN #1 overall draft picks and over fifty 1st round NBA, NFL, and NHL draft picks.

Erin Watson is the Director of Client Experience at Game On Nation, a nationally recognized communication firm focusing on leadership, team building, and positive culture change.
In her role, Erin is responsible for building, overseeing, and delivering impactful experiences for a variety of clients, including Deloitte, Hilton, Merck Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Wounded Warrior Project. Erin also holds her certification in design thinking, bringing talents in human-centered design to build custom learning activations for a variety of clients.

Prior to joining the Game On team, Erin was the Program Director for Florida Law Related Education Association for 9 years, developing experiential civic and legal education programs for Florida’s K-12 students, teachers, and the public in partnership with The Florida Bar and the Florida Supreme Court. Her work extended nationally and internationally, where she trained teachers at national conferences and in Romania on teaching democratic concepts through innovative strategies. Erin lives in Bradenton with her husband, three sons, and two dogs, where she is hopelessly outnumbered as the only woman in the house.
