INSTRUCTOR BIO
Erin Watson is the Director of Client Experience at Game On Nation, a nationally recognized communication firm focusing on leadership, team building, and positive culture change.
In her role, Erin is responsible for building, overseeing, and delivering impactful experiences for a variety of clients, including Deloitte, Hilton, Merck Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Wounded Warrior Project. Erin also holds her certification in design thinking, bringing talents in human-centered design to build custom learning activations for a variety of clients.
Prior to joining the Game On team, Erin was the Program Director for Florida Law Related Education Association for 9 years, developing experiential civic and legal education programs for Florida’s K-12 students, teachers, and the public in partnership with The Florida Bar and the Florida Supreme Court. Her work extended nationally and internationally, where she trained teachers at national conferences and in Romania on teaching democratic concepts through innovative strategies. Erin lives in Bradenton with her husband, three sons, and two dogs, where she is hopelessly outnumbered as the only woman in the house.
