CSE, Inc. is an events-based company that focuses on the game of fastpitch softball. Prior to the inception of CSE, she spent 20 years in the apparel manufacturing world sitting atop Z-Wear, Inc. which she also founded.  

Under her leadership CSE, Inc. has not only gained a national reputation for some of the best run events in the country, but also for their innovative and industry shifting approach to overall athlete experience and professional opportunities.  

Cindy and her husband Ray live in Houston, Texas and have been married for 25 years. They have 2 daughters, Kennedy 23 and Kolby 22.
