Sports ETA is driven by more than 100 committed members who volunteer their time and resources for the good of the association. Participating on a committee allows you to contribute to the decision-making that positions Sports ETA as the most valuable resource available for sports events and tourism professionals.

Requirements

Each committee has a standing conference call and meets between six (6) and twelve (12) times yearly. Calls are generally 30 minutes to one hour in length.

If you need to miss more than one conference call, we ask that you refrain from participating on a committee until there is a time that works better for your schedule.

Sports ETA reserves the right to remove inactive committee members who have not participated on two consecutive committee calls.

You must be a current Sports ETA member to apply, and you must maintain your membership status during your committee term, if appointed to a committee.
