A Baltimore native, Elle studied at Salisbury University on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts with a minor in Marketing and Management. After graduating, Elle worked for a privately owned baseball facility in Delaware before transitioning into a role with the Wicomico County CVB in Salisbury, MD. There she worked as the Sports Marketing Representative for two years obtaining, retaining, and developing sports events and group business for the county. In 2016, Elle started at Elite Tournaments in a role with the business development department of the event management company. From there, she's spent the past seven years assisting the company grow its portfolio including both the soccer and lacrosse business. In her new role as of July 2022, as the VP of Business Operations she has her sights on planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all business functions of the company in order to implement efficient processes to meet current and future needs of the evolving company strategic plans.
