Our experience is that such Q & A sessions are best when there is no "presentation" from any of the panel members. So, there will be no previously prepared PowerPoints or videos, but instead, each of the panelists will be asked to give short, succinct answers that help the audience elicit the information that is most relevant to them. This places the emphasis on the audience to ask questions that elucidate areas of interest or concern and ensures that the session is completely focused on the needs of audience members.
