Sport has the power to unite communities—but inclusion requires intention. This We Play Interactive–inspired session, draws on Women’s Sports Foundation’s research and values to explore how sport can be designed to foster more inclusive, equitable, and connected communities.

Through guided discussion and shared reflection, participants will examine best practices across youth, community, and elite sport while gaining practical, actionable strategies to remove barriers, strengthen belonging, and lead with equity.
