This scenario-based roundtable is designed for experienced leaders with who are navigating complex, high-stakes environments. Building on the keynote’s message that confidence is a skill, participants will explore how confidence, influence, and leadership show up in real-world situations involving boards, elected officials, rights holders, communities, and teams. 

Through peer discussion and shared experience, participants will examine how confidence evolves with tenure, how self-doubt can still surface at senior levels, and how leaders can sustain confidence while supporting the next generation of women in the industry.
