Following the confidence keynote, this roundtable is designed specifically for women in the early stages of their careers. Participants will explore how confidence shows up while learning the landscape, finding their voice, and stepping into rooms where experience gaps can feel intimidating. 

Through guided discussion and peer connection, attendees will share challenges around imposter syndrome, visibility, asking questions, and advocating for themselves.
