Prior to the Opening Party, the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority and Caesars will host an exclusive VIP Pre-Opening Party reception for rights holders and select guests in private cabanas at GO Pool at The Flamingo Hotel. This invitation-only gathering offers a more intimate, elevated networking experience ahead of the full Symposium kickoff. 

Conveniently located just a short walk from our host hotels, guests will enjoy premium hospitality and purposeful connections in a private setting before transitioning to the Opening Party at GO Pool.
