Sandra Douglass Morgan
President of the Las Vegas Raiders
Sandra Douglass Morgan is the President of the Las Vegas Raiders and the first Black female team president in the National Football League’s history. She previously served as Chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and has more than two decades of leadership experience in the sports, gaming, legal and corporate sectors.
Sandra was most recently the Vice Chair of the Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee. Additionally, Sandra serves on the Board of Directors of Allegiant Travel Company and Fidelity National Financial, Inc., and is on the Board of Trustees for the UNLV Foundation. She is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the District of Columbia Bar.
Emily Prazer
Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1 and President & CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc.
With over a decade of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, Emily Prazer is a specialist in global strategic commercial development, stakeholder management and event execution. Highly ambitious in managing business growth and operating best in high-impact, start-up environments, Prazer has built a successful career establishing and executing organizational structure and cohesive sales, marketing, and entertainment functions for major sports properties. Since joining Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. in 2021, Prazer has been instrumental in the race’s creation and subsequent success. She currently holds a dual leadership role as President & CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. and Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1.
Prazer attended the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and earned a degree in sports and physical education. After graduation, she started her first role in sports marketing working at IMG, an established global sports, events and talent management company. During her five-year tenure, Prazer focused on the UK Tennis division. Following her time at IMG, Prazer led the sponsorship and partnerships efforts at notable companies including The Sports Consultancy, News UK and Brand Events in London, hosting and working with a variety of major events, rightsholders and international federations.
Prazer joined the team at Formula 1 in 2017 and quickly moved up the ranks, becoming the Head of Commercial Development for Race Promotion. In this role, she led and managed a team of commercial specialists to evaluate and negotiate paths of commercial collaboration with new and existing race territories, including governments and private promoters to host, stage and promote Formula 1 globally.
In 2021, Prazer took on the role of Senior Vice President of Commercial at Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., where she helped build the local team from the ground up and was a core part of the group that turned the concept of the Las Vegas race into a reality. Ahead of the inaugural race, she was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in 2022, where she provided strategic guidance, oversaw all commercial operations, and fostered collaborative partnerships with community leaders and resort stakeholders to craft an unforgettable Formula 1 weekend experience across the destination for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX in 2023.
Following the success of the first race, Prazer was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1 in December 2023. Prazer now runs all global and regional commercial partnerships, marketing and hospitality for the series with the goal of elevating the sport’s commercial success worldwide. In 2025, she was promoted to President & CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. In her expanded role, Prazer leads all efforts for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, including commercial, race and event operations. Prazer continues to serve as Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1 with the goal of maximizing synergies between the two organizations, driving further growth for the sport in the US and reinforcing F1’s commitment to local community engagement.
Nikki Fargas
President & General Manager of the Las Vegas Aces
Nikki Fargas serves as the President of the 3x World Champions, the Las Vegas Aces since May 2021. Prior to joining the Aces, Nikki Fargas led the LSU Women’s Basketball team to 6 NCAA tournament appearances, becoming the second winningest coach at LSU. Actively involved on several boards, she serves the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame (WBHOF), the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, (LVGEA), the Public Education Foundation (PEF), the Kay Yow Cancer Fund (KYCF), the Advancement of Blacks in Sports (ABIS), the Women of Color (WOC) Coaches Network, and she is a founding member of the Black Student Athlete Association at LSU.
