Thanks to our closing lunch speaker sponsor, Sports Milwaukee, we'll hear from Julius Thomas, an elite athlete, speaker, performance coach, academic researcher and professor of neuroscience. He will share 5 Keys to Success - a system designed by him! He created the 5 Keys to Success as a framework to help others reach their visions and goals. Julius combines his experiences as an athlete in college basketball and professional football with his understanding of mind and brain sciences. The 5 Keys to Success combines peak performance mindsets, psychological wellness insights, and behavioral strategies, "To help anyone achieve success at anything, no matter where they start from."

He is CEO of his consulting and coaching company Mastery
Development and Co-founder of NESTRE Health and Performance. He was an NCAA
Division 1 basketball athlete with 2 NCAA Tournament appearances and played 7
years in the NFL with 2 pro-bowl selections. Currently, Julius is pursuing his Psy
D. in clinical health psychology at Nova Southeastern University. He is also the
Vice President of the Society for NeuroSports and advisory board member for the
Football Player Health Study at Harvard. His passion is helping others reach their
individual peak personally and professionally.
