Sarah is a hospitality industry veteran with a passion for building teams, streamlining
operations, and making complex systems actually work. As COO at EventConnect, she has led
the company through a period of exponential growth — scaling teams, infrastructure, and
partnerships to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.
Today, she oversees seven departments and an expansive network of hotels, major hotel chains,
and hundreds of partners — bringing people and processes together to deliver real results for
Event Owners, Destinations, Governing Bodies, and Venues. Sarah believes that great operations
aren't just about efficiency — they're about creating experiences where everyone wins.
Beyond the boardroom, she is committed to shaping the next generation of leaders through her
involvement with Girl Guides of Canada and local youth and sports organizations. A former
Alpine Ski Racer and Coach, Sarah understands that winning isn't just about individual
performance — it's about building the conditions for everyone around you to succeed.
