Born and raised in Las Vegas, Lauren Flint serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Las
Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., where she oversees all operational functions that bring the internationally
celebrated event to life in her hometown. Dedicated to ensuring the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS
VEGAS GRAND PRIX is a safe, successful and seamless experience for the entire community, Flint
oversees key functional aspects of the annual race, including event operations, race operations,
experiential operations and construction operations.
Flint holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). While attending university, Flint worked as a student brand manager for Red Bull, where she developed a passion for creating experiences for brands.
After earning her degree from UNLV, Flint became a Production Coordinator for the Life is Beautiful Music & Art Festival – a renowned event held in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas that features marquee musicians, chefs, artists and speakers who inspire people to conquer their fears and chase their dreams. She quickly rose through the ranks, eventually serving as Vice President and Festival Director from 2020 to 2023.
In January 2023, Flint joined the Las Vegas Grand Prix as Senior Director of Event Operations ahead of the inaugural race. One year later, she was promoted to Vice President of Event Operations, where she led critical event functions including all event safety, security, transportation, exterior operations, pedestrian pathways, credentials and access control. Most recently, Flint was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in February 2026, expanding her role to encompass all operational aspects of one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events.
With her deep roots in Las Vegas and a proven track record in the events industry, Flint brings a wealth of expertise to the Operations team at Las Vegas Grand Prix. She is proud to play a key role in organizing one of the biggest events that the city has ever seen.
ED FINGER
Chief Strategy Officer
Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority and Stadium Authority Board

Ed Finger is the Chief Strategy Officer for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), the destination marketing organization for Las Vegas and Southern Nevada that also owns and operates the Las Vegas Convention Center, one of the largest convention centers in the United States.
In this role, Mr. Finger leads the strategy, research, transportation, people and culture, and risk management and safety functions. The LVCVA’s transportation program includes the operations of the Las Vegas Monorail and the Vegas Loop at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Mr. Finger has 25 years of experience in public sector management and finance. Before joining the LVCVA in 2016, he served as the deputy county manager for Adams County, Colorado, assistant county manager for Clark County, Nevada, and Finance Director for the City of Thornton, Colorado.
