Brian Shallcross is the General Manager of the Chesapeake Baysox, overseeing all facets of the organization, including baseball and stadium operations, sponsorship, ticketing, merchandise, concessions, marketing, public relations, and media relations.

A graduate of the College of William & Mary with a degree in marketing, Brian went on to earn a master’s degree in sports administration from Ohio University. His career has included roles at the University of Virginia, Comcast-Spectacor in Philadelphia, and the Delmarva Shorebirds before joining the Baysox.

Originally from Pottstown, PA, Brian now resides in Annapolis with his wife and two children. A former college football player, he counts two of his William & Mary teammates among today’s NFL head coaches.
