One of the largest challenges when operating a facility is determining who gets scheduled time, local users or sports tourism events.  With so many different management structures and funding sources there is a wide array in schedule planning.   Do local residents/members get more time or do you schedule event operators to drive economic impact through tourism events?   During this session we will explore a variety of plans in scheduling and discuss balance to drive facility revenue and regional impact.  You will hear from experts representing a variety of types of facility ownership and how they plan their schedule to benefit the community and their clients.
