Madison Fante joined the NASC as a Member Services Coordinator in February of 2018 from Gap Inc. where she was a business and training specialist. In that role, she was responsible for organizing and implementing the screening process for potential new brand associates, administering orientation for new hires, training employees in their designated areas based on corporate standards and policies, and leading brand associates to achieve set goals.
In Madison’s role as a member services coordinator she will be assisting the director of member services and engagement to increase member retention and provide exceptional customer service in the execution of daily operations that address the expectations and needs of members.
Madison Fante is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati (UC) with a degree in organizational leadership. While at UC she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta and Bearcat Buddies. She completed a three-month communication internship with World Toilet Organization in Singapore. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and watching the Packers with her family.
