Jordan Dillon is the Associate Director of Membership & Engagement, Rights Holders at the Sports Events & Tourism Association, bringing a career rooted in sports, partnerships, and community connection to the role. She has spent more than 15 years helping organizations, including national governing bodies such as USA Gymnastics and USA Synchro and local nonprofits, create meaningful relationships, events, and experiences that move their missions forward.
Before joining Sports ETA, Jordan served as the Executive Director of the Broad Ripple Village Association, where she led community engagement, membership, and event strategy. Her earlier career included managing national sports tours, large-scale sponsorship activations, and brand partnerships that connected athletes, fans, and cities through sport.
A proud graduate of DePauw University, Jordan earned her degree in Communication Arts & Sciences with a minor in Sociology. Her education complements her passion for understanding people and creating connections.
Jordan lives in Fishers, Indiana with her boyfriend Tim, his two daughters, and their French bulldog, Jacques, who is often napping behind her on Zoom or reminding everyone he is there with his snoring. Outside of work, she coaches at Orangetheory Fitness, volunteers at local sporting events, and can always be counted on to organize a great group outing or weekend adventure. She’s also an avid fan of Jeopardy! (and once came close to making it on the show) and never misses an episode of Big Brother or Survivor, proudly calling herself a connoisseur of reality TV strategy.
