Austin Bennett serves as Vice President of Championships for the National Association of  Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), bringing more than 14 years of experience in the highly competitive sports landscape. Since joining the NAIA in 2012, he has played an integral role in shaping and advancing the organization’s championship operations, most recently serving as Director of Championships.
In his current role, Austin oversees the full scope of national championships, including strategic planning, event execution, and continuous enhancement of the student-athlete experience across all sports. Known for his ability to deliver highperforming events, he excels at creating operational efficiencies, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless  execution at every level.
Throughout his career, Austin has demonstrated a commitment to excellence by elevating championship standards, strengthening program stability, and delivering superior experiences for student-athletes, coaches, and partners alike. His leadership continues to drive the NAIA’s mission of excellence in both competition and character.
